Also, all that time spent flushing and cleaning without doing any Inversions on that tube, it's going to clot. Also, the Transfer Device/tube holder/barrel goes in the SHARPS, not Bio bag.

No~ the glove is not sterile and the key parts are touched
It may depend on policy for your institution but I don't use sterile gloves for lab draws if there's a line in place.
