Someone needs to front... from the little I could hear, the singer sounds very capable, plus, she is pretty. So I think the best success is to let it go like Sonny and Cher... let the pretty girl sing out front. Have the pianist complement his skills with hers. Bounce it back and forth on the soundboard. That's what's missing for me.
Why do sound guys screw up vocals and mics for the first 15 seconds? Stained the show. I love the group playing instruments... BUT you gotta focus on the vocals too.

Yeah, turn up that mic! Voice sounds good from what I could hear. No need to hide it. These kids have some potential
It's difficult to do a proper mix when you are on stage playing keyboard and singing vocals.
