Regarding the comment about dungeons being easy, there is one important distinction you have to realize. XIV is a Final Fantasy game first and above all else. It is a story focused game, and they everyone to be able to experience the story. Difficult fights in the story progression turn away the casual playerbase, which is the vast majority of the game's population.
There were two occasions where they attempted to make story content hard, and the casual playerbase absolutely ate them alive for it. The first was the final fight of Stormblood. The second was an instance in Endwalker. Both were nerfed not long after.
That's what you get for not washing off Nidhogg's blood in the days or weeks since the Aery dungeon.
