NEW RIDE CONFIRMED at Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Blackpool Pleasure Beach have confirmed they are planning a new ride as a replacement for Grand Prix! Earlier today, the park's Owner and Managing Director Amanda Thompson OBE announced that Grand Prix will not reopen, following almost a full season of being standing but not operating (SBNO). Join me as I share my thoughts on this news and speculate surrounding what will hopefully be an exciting new addition to Pleasure Beach Resort!

Blackpool Pleasure Beach is an amusement park located in the seaside town of Blackpool in Lancashire, England United Kingdom. It is home to over 30 different rides and attractions, 10 of which are roller coasters! Notable rides at the park include Icon, the UK’s first full circuit double launched roller coaster and Big One, the UK’s tallest roller coaster. The park celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2021!
