Thanks for being here from pretty much the start. Besides Taco Bell (does not count at all!) I haven't cooked in a restaurant. I was a busboy/dishwasher for about a month at a mexican restaurant. Being the only white kid in the place was rough. They apparently did not know or care that part of my family was from mexico... Seeing how hard those guys worked scared off a 17 year old me. Since then I have just been studying as much as I can about cooking. I'm glad you like the recipes!
My culinary side applauds the resurgence of horseradish is so many dishes like this but my frail, human side is not a fan. Allergic as hell! I bet it was delicious though!

Had some coleslaw at a restaurant in Coronado Island (San Diego) they put horseradish in - awesome although yours looks fantastic!

I was raised on miracle whip. I have not had it in about 20 years... That being said, it's awesome for slaw! It has that little kick. Good call
