- Elsa writing this: Barron and Cole's relationship is the cutest thing I've ever seen. We love these kids with all our hearts. Do you remember them from past videos? We met the Ramseys on the road in 2020, unexpectedly finding ourselves camped next to each other in both Colorado and Washington, then we planned to camp near each other in Oregon! They were with us the day we bought our property too and we're so glad they're with us again! Mom, Melisa, and Dad, Ross, are the most inspiring parents. I've linked some of our old videos together below!

I remember the first time my Mom said that after watching my children some 35 years ago.
She said it's why she loved her grandchildren so much - because she got to give them backs 😅
As single childless Auntie to 3 I have to say treating children you are close to that aren't yours to special time together and treats can be so wonderful not only for them but good for the givers soul
in the age of a million and one momfluencers making forced content with their children, it is so refreshing to see you guys spending genuine authentic time with kids you love and care about, thank you for sharing

These two NEED to be parents…they will be awesome and we need more awesome parents in the world.
Becoming parents is a huge learning curve for each of us no matter how much we love and enjoy children. Barron and Elsa have enjoyed many years of independent living. Going your own way is a whole different life than the one that involves making constant concessions and adjustments for the good of another wee human 24/7 . The amazing thing about parenthood is that the moment your child arrives every ounce of your being freely welcomes the demands of the process . Such love has never been known by you until look into your child’s little face and know you would wrestle a grizzly bear to protect them.
NO, they don't NEED to! If they do become parents, that'll be great. But if they don't/can't they can still life whole, happy, fulfilled lives. And they can still enjoy other people's children.

If/when they become parents, those children will always know how wanted and loved they are.
Their parents will never take them for granted.
Oh sure, they'll get tired, frazzled, angry, and discouraged along with loving and being willing to do anything/everything to help them become the best they can be.
Parenting isn't for the weak.
It's a grueling, long-term program.
It's exhausting and fulfilling at the same time.
Elsa and Barron are definitely up to this task.
They have put the time in and hopefully they (and we!) will soon see the fruits of their labor.

You both remind me of my hubby and I when we watched my nephews and niece. We had them flying down a staircase (solid walls on both sides) on a twin mattress. They said it was the best day of their lives! Hard to believe their all in their 50's now!
It reminds me of a 45 minute drive with my 3 year old niece in the back, in her car seat kicking, sobbing, and yelling “I drive! Daddy, I drive” the entire way home. Over and over and over. My brother tried to reason with her for the first 20 minutes then gave up and let her have her tantrum. I’m thinking, “hmmm Chuck, where ever did she get that idea.” Lol. That said, it’s amazing as a kid to have adults treating you as an (almost) equal and clearly liking you to boot. Great video!

You two will make fantastic parents…I’m praying that you will not have to wait too much longer…it took a little while after my wife suffered a miscarriage…but we were blessed with two beautiful daughters…God bless your family…y’all are in my thoughts and prayers 🙏🙏🙏
I miscarried between my 1st and 2nd children, and went on to have 3.
Now they are 36, 34, and 32.
Time certainly has a way of flying by!
This is an experience you will all remember for the rest of your lives. Its a great thing for all of you. High Five.

I'm that adult who request being seated with young ones at events. I'm 60 and folks my age go on about their bad health or who died, so depressing lol..... How I learned to drive as a kid, seating on my big sister lap, she was 16 (RIP) and I was 10..... Thanks for reminding me of that and how much fun it was....

Cole has mannerisms just like my Grandson , age 9. There's something special with that age , they don't know whether to be astounded by their elders or shake it off as, not that cool! I think Cole's having a great time with Uncle Barron!

Today I took my #2 grandson to get his license. I have taught him how to drive a clutch (his car). He passed. Then I came home and saw this video. You may be their pseudo Aunt & uncle, but you are doing the same kind of things grandparents do, and it is lovely to see. I have to say that having a little brother like Cole, those girls will always groan at the dumb jokes the power struggles and the misplaced anger that happens at that age. But when they get older they will appreciate Cole's support and charm. You both did well!

Watching Barron and Cole was so great! It reminded me of letting my 12 year old drive to his grandmother’s house one street away and him also learning how to operate the riding lawn mower. ❤ Fun times!

Ok... First... Poor baby Cole burning his little mouth. Too hot. Second... Big sister giving her food to little sister.❤ Third... I am all choked up. I was never able to have children but I had nieces and nephews. Cole reminds me of my nephew Henry and even looks like him when Henry was little. He's going to be 16, this year and driving, but still the sweetest human. This transported me back. Time moves fast. Enjoy any time you can. Thank you for all of the memories of hanging with my nieces and nephews.

Are these 3 kids home schooled? They act like the typical home schooled kids; kind, well socialized, can talk to anyone of any age, well rounded, love learning and can do more and enjoy more than just sit and stare at their phone all day. Great parenting Ramsey's.
