Why you press shiv after 5sec kings bane?
It gives it time for kingsbane’s damage to amplify from poison applications - more damage overall if delayed
To add to the other reply, if you have lightweight shiv, then you shiv before KB, and again when there's less than 8 secs left. But for the M+ build, we only have 1 charge, so delay is better.
