Hi coach Adrian - I’m back after 1.5 years my ex and i connected last Saturday .. i texted him just to say hello and he was the one to initiate and offered to take me to pick up some rims for my sons car. We spent all day together , he told how he knows everything i been doing since we split - via my fb, he still loves me .. he called some of his family members while i was with him , of course they was ecstatic . Later that night he asked me to go over to his family members place we even took a pic , once we got back after having a good time with them he asked me to stay the night because he didn’t want me to drive late . I decided to do so, he cuddled me all night , though we both wanted to have sex i thought best not to . Since that night , he called and texted me 3 days offering to help me with a few things and now he backed off again but he does this also to his family . This hurts , he definitely a fearful avoidant and I’m anxious . I don’t know what to do , but I’m hoping he will come around . I totally enjoyed our time that weekend ..

She is originally from Turkey, she has a physics degree but, with her minimal English skills has not been able to prosper here. She is a CNA and hates it. I tried to help her with improving her language skills but got accused of belittling her. Her sisters, who live her in America and her brother in Turkey are fully giving her financial aid and support. I have medical issues, cerebral palsey and suffered a broken back 3 years ago. I was on disability when we 1st married and her siblings helped a little financially to help with bills. I lost my disability when I tried to take a job to gain more income because of birth of our daughters. I lost my job and it took 2 years to get back on disability. I did work some during that time. I am now back on disability and actually back in school acquiring a teaching degree. We are better financially now with her income and my disability but, her siblings are enabling her with paying her bills and such.

Hi, my ex girlfriend of 2 years broke up with me almost 4 weeks ago to the day. It came as a real shock to me because I know we were both so happy with how things were going. We had an argument when we were on holidays with our families and we never really recovered. I suggest to be honest not to focus on that, my ex blocked me in his phone, claiming he had another number, he gave me the new number, when i changed my number i realized his number was still working,and i texted him let him know i know the number is working.. he went a head and blocked me, believe me im not stupid i know what im doing, have never brought the issue coz we had si much to work on, where i didnt want to pile things...

My ex blocked me 3 weeks ago,after he bloked me, i send him a very lengthy text from here to Timbuktu congratulating him for his bold move,have been begging him to block me for nearly a year now,we've been blocking each other but only few hours,i wanted him to block me,you know blockers eventually end up with regrets, and pain in the heart, me personally i am a blocker, but if i block a someone be it my relative or friends, once i blocked someone i dont unblocked whether dead or a live, i have people that i blocked since 2010 and i havent unblocked them, have this approach after blocking i i tend to forget and changing my numbers frequentely, i only take a stroll in my blocking list once in a year checking on them,ill start learning how to unblocking people with time but again i dont want, out of mind out of site.its my motto, So now he unblocked me, i dont know when ,i just learn this today, when he blocked me, after sending him long text, i deleted everything our chats number, i only took a picture of screenshot whis has his number, i remember telling him, when he blocked me, i wont plead to him to unblock me, i wont text him direct. The same day when he blocked me, i wrote to him not to unblock coz i wont initiate conversation anymore, i also told him, he should unblock me only if he knows he has changed. If you are truly over him, it makes him feel as if there is nothing special about him to keep you under his "control/influence," that there is nothing special about him to keep you under his "power." Love Advice TV we recently broke up, we have a 5 month old son together. We were dating for the past 3 years prior to me becoming pregnant and when he found out he left and we talked maybe 3 times during the 9 months. Once our son was born I let him know and he re entered my life and we tried to make things work and I really did think it was going well about 2 weeks ago I found out he was cheating on me with more then one person so I left him and I haven’t spoke to him since that night. When I confronted him he tried to turn it around and make it my fault and was in denial. He kept going back saying that I was probably cheating too when I wasn’t, saying I was doing all the things he was doing. His dad reached out to me today saying he wants a paternity test which is fine with me but I’m scared he’s going to try and manipulate me into getting back together with him when I don’t want to. He always said he wanted nothing to do with our son unless I was his girlfriend. I’m not sure how to deal with this or co parent.

What if he said that he wants us to work again and he wants a family with me but he haven't said i love you after the breakup sometimes he seems distant I'm doing no contact now i don't know if I should continue it

I’ve done no contact in the past with my ex when she was in a rebound which was a month. Tried to talk to her now that she’s single and just be nice and try to talk to her but she’s now ignoring me and saying that we won’t get back and that she doesn’t want to be friends. We only ever talk every great once in a while and it’s very short and then she ignores me. she’s also changed and doing things that she never did before. should I go no contact again? Any ideas? Hi, my ex girlfriend of 2 years broke up with me almost 4 weeks ago to the day. It came as a real shock to me because I know we were both so happy with how things were going. We had an argument when we were on holidays with our families and we never really recovered. Our families went to different locations and we were seperated right after the argument so we were never able to recover. As soon as I got back I went to see her but she had other ideas and she ended it saying ‘maybe one day it will work but right now I don’t see a future with us’. Me and her haven’t contacted each other for almost 3 weeks now. What should I do? Do I reach out to her? Or continue to hold on and wait for her to reach out. Thanks in advance!!
Hi Coach, can you do a video on getting added to Facebook again. I am back together with my ex but she will not add me to Facebook saying its not a priority. I am really concerned the real reason shes not adding me is she it hiding the fact that she is really still together with the other guy. I hope you can help.
I suggest to be honest not to focus on that, my ex blocked me in his phone, claiming he had another number, he gave me the new number, when i changed my number i realized his number was still working,and i texted him let him know i know the number is working.. he went a head and blocked me, believe me im not stupid i know what im doing, have never brought the issue coz we had si much to work on, where i didnt want to pile things...

I have a quick question & i am clueless to what to do: i have been in no contact with my ex for 45 days; my ex finally reached out to me but he was having this passive agressive attitude so i just ignored him ...& then out of the sudden he started open up to me by saying how much he misses me & think about me all the time....so i just nicely replied that "i miss him too & the breakup made realize a lot of positive things...." then out of the sudden he just disappeared & even deleted my num.
I am so frustrated & sad about this situation..can you please help me what should i do ? Should i just ask why does he do this & go for another no contact? Or just act indifferent to his negative attitude & go for no contact?

My ex blocked me 3 weeks ago,after he bloked me, i send him a very lengthy text from here to Timbuktu congratulating him for his bold move,have been begging him to block me for nearly a year now,we've been blocking each other but only few hours,i wanted him to block me,you know blockers eventually end up with regrets, and pain in the heart, me personally i am a blocker, but if i block a someone be it my relative or friends, once i blocked someone i dont unblocked whether dead or a live, i have people that i blocked since 2010 and i havent unblocked them, have this approach after blocking i i tend to forget and changing my numbers frequentely, i only take a stroll in my blocking list once in a year checking on them,ill start learning how to unblocking people with time but again i dont want, out of mind out of site.its my motto, So now he unblocked me, i dont know when ,i just learn this today, when he blocked me, after sending him long text, i deleted everything our chats number, i only took a picture of screenshot whis has his number, i remember telling him, when he blocked me, i wont plead to him to unblock me, i wont text him direct. The same day when he blocked me, i wrote to him not to unblock coz i wont initiate conversation anymore, i also told him, he should unblock me only if he knows he has changed. And me as well going to change, without implementing any changes he shouldnt bother contacting me...i also remind him ,its good idea to take a brake from communicating and focus on changes, . I wont contact him ,February i went on 31days of no contact rule, i wasted my 31 days, the guy became arrogant, egoistic, push and pull games shot from 70% to 180% ,now he thinks i will initiate conversation as i normally do i wont, this guy has never lead a conversation, never,let him go to his most important women whom are leading conversation, after nearly 2 years same Partnern, even coming to visit me. I have to start the conversation, sexting for him to come for sex 2 hrs then going Radio silence waiting for me to initiate conversation, and then again i was tired of receiving his pictures as part of conversation and asking me in return, have never ended relationship feeling so well and confident that i tried but it failed... i feel like the baggage has taken away from me,once a upon a time, in africa we used to use donkeys as domestic animals, donkeys can work hard even for 72 hrs non stop ,carry laggange, human beings, , but once the donkey is tired and decided to lie down,even if its in the middle of the road, the donkey wont get up,even if you beat the hell outta a donkey ,a donkey wont stand up, we have this phrase saying the donkey is tired, which means enough is enough,whether dead or a live the donkey is tired... i wont initiate conversation to my ex anymore, i know he's missing me, i know this, he treated me so bad, have never been treated like less a woman, at somepoint i thought the guy is a racist,let him realized my values, my presence, nearly two years the guy have never invited me for a drink let alone awalk in the park, i was his sex object, karma that will hit him back, is still busy doing press up... backward never forward ever!thsnk you guys ,have learned to be strong and bold from you guys,have learned not to grieve brake up but to be strong and confident, i know he will contact me, but from his ego. Hey maile di, it means he is deeply insecure. To him, it means that if you are able to talk to other boys and date, then you are truly over him. If you are truly over him, it makes him feel as if there is nothing special about him to keep you under his "control/influence," that there is nothing special about him to keep you under his "power." He also tries to fight you in order to make you feel bad about yourself. He can't make himself feel better about himself, so he has to make sure to keep you down so that you don't feel better about yourself more than he does about himself. You’ve talked about rebuilding the connection with our ex, who initiated the breakup, once they start contacting you. Is there a certain time as to when you could start talking about the “us”? We’ve gone out and everything has been moving forward (slowly but steady) but they have been hot and cold as well. Should I let them set the tone for communication? I’m trying to focus on myself, however it’s hard since it seems like they’re confused and also i think there was a rebound relationship after us and don’t know the status now.

Hi Coach, me and my gf broke up a week ago and she wants to chill we me as friends. She said "we can't go back together because if we do we need to be very serious and probably get married but we can't go there anymore. So as friends ok?" and I said yes at the time.

Well the rebound is someone she didnt know before and this rebound is there around 2 months. And the total opposite of me. Many trademarks of a rebound are present.

Love Advice TV we recently broke up, we have a 5 month old son together. We were dating for the past 3 years prior to me becoming pregnant and when he found out he left and we talked maybe 3 times during the 9 months. Once our son was born I let him know and he re entered my life and we tried to make things work and I really did think it was going well about 2 weeks ago I found out he was cheating on me with more then one person so I left him and I haven’t spoke to him since that night. When I confronted him he tried to turn it around and make it my fault and was in denial. He kept going back saying that I was probably cheating too when I wasn’t, saying I was doing all the things he was doing. His dad reached out to me today saying he wants a paternity test which is fine with me but I’m scared he’s going to try and manipulate me into getting back together with him when I don’t want to. He always said he wanted nothing to do with our son unless I was his girlfriend. I’m not sure how to deal with this or co parent.
