Did you keep those revolvers in the front? I imagine they would cause too much side to side play when turning, but I've never tried it. It's interesting to see all the different ways people set these things up. Imo, leaf spring suspension is superior on 1/10s for the sheer tunability and the ease of doing so. You can completely change every aspect of the suspension in a matter of half an hour (if you've done it a few times 😂) on a tf2. From a crawler with tons of articulation to a super scale axle-over-leaf set-up on the same outing. I can't do that with any other rig.
Appreciate you sharing!! I did this to my marlin. Still the stock shocks I will try the 100 mm shock's. But now the back driveshaft keeps pulling out all that way, Think have to go longer drive shaft just thought let you know if you experienced this yet, and what millimeter driveshaft did you use
I cant remember what length, but if you remove the stock drive shaft compress it take a measurement then extend it take a measurement then you should have a better idea on the length of what drive shaft you'll need
Oops deleted the last comment by accident. But the question was went that limit the travel. The answer is no. The shock and the suspension justifies the travel the shock mount is just a mount location
Wet cool marlin cralwe looks very nice
Looks awesome Dave. Look forward to seeing it on the trail.
Michael Williams got video coming soon

What shocks you have on this truck again
Awesome truck really digging it thinking about get one. I know the suspension is very stiff. Great video
I love this truck with all modifications I have made. It works really good now. You should pull the trigger and get one.
Thanks for watching
If you want links up front you should get the 3link with Panhard!
Bill Boynton I'm thinking of keeping it the way it is for now only cause it crawls pretty good the way it is.
not sure i want to do that link set up
In everyone's quest for more articulation they forget you don't need very much.
In most cases that would be true but where I'm at some articulation is needed to crawl
Is it only applied to the front wheel? Have you used any other skills?
Hmm.. did you remove the spring from the shock or remove 1 or 2 plate spings?
Articulation looks nice 👍
Souledout RC it looks good and I think it's gonna work out just fine
Let's see some running video of it as it is now
Troi Woytenko running video coming soon

I want to try this setup, you used superlift 100mm only on the front ? the 90mm is not enough ? thx ;-)
JP M right 100mm in the front only with the upgrades made
do you increase the ride right with that?
NeonFreakC just a little but not much
Hey Dave. How you like your Marlin. Have you takin it out much since you did all the suspension mods?
Michael Williams I like it but I think it still needs some work.
Did you get longer drive lines for it? What else needs done to it? Does it do better on the trail now with all mods?
Michael Williams yes I did get the longer driveshaft and it does pretty good on the rocks
Cool Dave. will have to find some time to get out on the trail soon man. Take care brother.
What length driveshafts did you get? And brand? Thanks
Did the front tires hit the leafs when turning on yours? Heard someone say theirs did
