I'm grabbing my first RC4WD on Saturday. It's a Marlin, im extremely excited to see how it looks in person and how it drives. With a functional bed it'll work out great for rock picking.
That's a good looking truck. If you're going to use it regularly get a spare axle housing, replace the front axles, and the drive shafts destroy themselves pretty quickly. The overdrive transfer case is a nice addition also.
Awesome rig like to see more about it I'm looking to get into the full scale trucks an I'm thinking this should be the one I start with yr video helped with a lot of there problems out of the box thanks for your help
Great review! The Marlin is looking good! I did have problems with my driveshafts coming apart after installing the A&M skid plate. Supershafty sells a set of MIP HD driveshafts designed for the TF2 with A&M skid. These shafts are awesome and bulletproof!
Have you considered venting those tires with a tiny hole and or replacing the foams with some dual stage Crawler Innovations foams? I vented mine but tore a the foams and will need to replace mine soon. Considering a single stage as well with such a heavy truck.
Pretty cool man. I love all the A&M Garage stuff. The new comp skid plate they have coming out is completely flat can’t wait to get my hands on one off them
I liked the style of video & thanks for the tips on your Marlin. I have one so the tips help . What is the name of the RC company that makes the bumpers ?

Install links is an option in order to improve the articulation?
That’s a good option! I like the leaf springs because they’re a challenge
What size tires
What size grub screws did you use for the body posts?
2mm I think. Maybe 10mm long
@@westdesertwheeler ok cool
@UCyZYA5wRUIyYu50M9FbquUg I just ended up using regular hex screws put them in the posts and then cut the heads off
The RC4wd designers they really need to work on the leaf springs. They are way to too stiff as a crawler.
Nice tf2
Truck needs a seat and driver,
Rc4wd are much too expensive
