ejaculation happens in sympathetic nervous system. So if we have anxiety and even if we manage to get an erection the transition from para sympathetic to sympathetic would be quick and we ejaculate. This is premature ejaculation. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

i noticed about a 10 % decrease in hardness , i can still reach full erections in terms of lenght but am never able to reach rock hard stage , its been like that for a few months (apart from one specific morning after i went out on a date, where everything seemed to return to normal for that one time) so im assuming its stress induced (plenty of things have stressed me out during this summer ) if ED goes away after some time that was stress induced , is there an aprox time ? and if i have to take matters into my own hands what would be a recommended way to mitigate stress , and possibly return to my normal self ?

A good rule of thumb to follow is if you have AM erections there is not an internal metabolic problem and it could be stress. As to getting rid of stress... you have to find what works for you.

Thanks for the helpful video. II have done blood tests and everything is healthy, testosterone levels are normal, I don't drink or smoke, I exercise at least 1 hour a day but I also have quite sever depression and anxiety. I've started to get erection issues, do you think speaking to a sex therapist or normal psychologist would be better?
