- Little Announcement from Asian Petrolhead.
Thank you guys, it's been already four years with Asian Petrolhead.
I had a great time shooting, editing, and sharing car reviews and much more with you guys.
I have two announcements to make.
The first one is that with your love, support, and caring, we have reached the 200,000 subscriber mark. I mean that is a really big milestone for us. We really could not have done anything like this if you were not with us. So, thank you so much for everything.
Second thing is we are going to take a month off with Asian Petrolhead. I just think we need to take few steps back and see where we are and also plan or draw our future path. But don't worry, because we will be back on Aug. 7th to celebrate our 200,000 subscriber milestone through a live stream. For that live stream we will post time through our community tab in about week before.
So, there we have it. One is a great news and one is kinda sad one. But just remember, we are taking a break so, we can be better, so we can have better time with you in the future. So, stay healthy guys and see you guys soon!

When such a respectable chanel has only 200K subscribers after 4 years of hard work, and on the other hand worthless chanels of trivial content have millions of subscribers, it's a good indication how the world has gone downhill culturally and mentally.

Head to head is a great idea. Also, being newly introduced to the Korean car, an OEM and aftermarket performance parts and accessories review. Perhaps a tuner shop presentation. I would like to see the KDM scene expand.

Charlie, I enjoy your videos immensely. You are the best at what you do hands down! I always like to hear and see more of the luxury options, seats, massage, audio. Those are my favorites in a vehicle. I have had 3 Kia K900 cars, and I purchased my last Kia K900 in 2019 after the redesign. I wish that car would have stayed in the USA, but because of your review, i’m waiting for the G90 long wheel base model. Stay Blessed! Have a great and well deserved vacation with your family! I'm from Malaysia and enjoy watching your videos because I quite like on korean cars such as hyundai and kia.
I think maybe 1) you can shoot videos to some places good in Korea so that people outside know the good place and maybe if we have opportunities to go to Korea we can consider to go to the places. 2) Traveling from one to another place in Korea. 3) Automotive news in Korea such as percentage of EV sold in Korea for certain months, or most popular car sold on certain month.

Make that 201 THOUSAND subscribers, Charlie, of whom I proudly am one! I actually bought a Hyundai Kona N (at MSRP!) here in the States after first seeing it on this channel. Still bugged that the US-spec Kona N deletes several features that are included on the cars sent to other markets around the world (but that's not your fault): Things like a wider range of exterior colors, ventilated seats, sunroof, power passenger seat, spare tire & HUD. That said, I absolutely LOVE my Kona N in Sonic Blue. There may be just enough room for my gal, my ass, and a gallon of gas, but the little beast sure is FAST! Even in Normal Mode, the Kona N will still blow the doors off just about any other ICE car on the Freeway of Life. And that's BEFORE you hit the NGS button (a feature offered on the lowly Kona that otherwise is only offered on the new Genesis models that cost nearly twice as much)! Many reviewers, who obviously haven't spent enough time discovering all the features the Kona N offers, bitch about how stiff the suspension is, but we find it to be quite comfortable in Normal Mode. I figure I need to get me one of your official Petrolhead Helmets before I can take the Kona N to the track, though.

One thing I wouldn't mind seeing more is content about driving culture in Korea. Whether it's regarding unique Korean driving rules or habits, tips for foreigners on how to drive in Korea navigate the roadways, maybe a look-through of the tuner culture as well?
Good to take time off and enjoy life, that is always number 1 on the list! In the UK here we enjoy your relaxed attitude and the way you are always smiling. You give loads of info, for me just keep going, we love it :-)
I think taking time off is a great idea. And when you come back you can look at your work with a fresh perspective, and come up with ideas that you otherwise might not have thought of.
Your channel was one of the very first that I subscribed to, and I've never regretted the decision. Love the content, but I particularly enjoyed the episode where you took a road trip in one of the vehicles, and shared some of your country's culture with us. Time off, dangerous and regretful the vehicle you take the time it has gas you don’t even have electric where is your charge the situation? Otherwise you may have not thought of other things in the direction he’s going to take the channel but he hast to come up with a car that you would want to buy

Take a well deserved break and recharge your mind, body and soul. In the future ( and just my opinion), I would love to see some videos on some classics that started it all (ex. Hyundai Pony, Excel, Stellar, Daewoo/Pontiac Lemans, etc.). These cars were not known for quality but importance for their entry to the U.S., Canadian and other markets.
