I’ve found that exercising not only improves you physically, but mentally as well. In my 50s and have lost 45 lbs in the last 3.5 months from walking, and now training (down to 211 lbs from 256 lbs starting weight)... I feel this man's struggle and his success... and now, I'm misty-eyed. Take care of your body, folks... It's the only one you get.
My 90 year old father passed away in Oct. This lovely advert has so reduced me to tears. If your parents and grandparents are still alive, give them a big hug when you can. Take care everyone.

Beautiful. The truth is there are many many body builders who are in their 70s and 80s. NEVER GIVE UP!!!I'm vegan and I'm so impressed with all the older body builders who are vegan! Veganism frees up bloodflow....from not eating cholesterol... and helps prevent dementia!
The truth here is #selflove and #love, as well. I wouldn't agree that the main point is that some 'Body Builders' can be elderly, I think it is self love, love and health.
