I hear Rock you like a hurricane, No one like you, wind of change, and Big City nights circulated on the radio more often than not. At least on traditional radio stations. I can’t speak for the Sirius stations though.

This song reminds me of my daughters Dad. We split up when I was 4 months pregnant with our daughter. He had his addictions and I wasn't gonna put my child in that situation. BUT we always still had that strange kind of bond through the years. He's gone now passed away in 2014 but I know that he's still here with me and our daughter. As well as our 2 beautiful grandbabies. Me and him had our issues, but I always loved him regardless. And this song brings his face and memory's back to me every time.

Now I'm a melancholic, nostalgic middle-aged man who's lost every illusion ever dreamt and lived. For illusions are but disguises one puts on to hide the ugliness of reality. I don't pretend I love, but does love hurt so much. And one never knows whether the girl/woman whom one is having something with is true or not. I always believed love, but did I get screwed!
