    Smooth muscle only has one nucleus per cell.

    Good video, though I wish you differentiated them with dense regular tissue, those can be confusing under low magnification.

    Great video for telling muscle apart but it gets confusing if you apply this to random slides containing lots of tissues as dense regular connective tissue is pink and has collagen fibres so the "pink with fibres must be a muscle" theory could cause issues

      +Arran Williamson the best results that i've ever had was by using the Anatomy Blueprint Pro (i found it on google) definately the most helpful info that I've tried.

    Thank you for this video it was very helful but one thing, skeletal muscle is the only muscle tissue that is multinucleated.

    Smooth muscle doesnt contain more nuclei. ..

      Agreed. From my book under the section about smooth muscle: "The muscle fibers are small and contain a single central nucleus"
