Whenever I see these over half a million dollar homes I always look for the quality and grandeur of the homes worth. This home is very basic with weird small spaces. Maybe it comes with some acres to add up for what the house is lacking.🤔

There is no way you can get such beautiful house like this in singapore for such an incredible price. Our public housing in central location is S$1.1 million which is US $900,000.
Beautiful house than ugly old stained fence in the backyard. Why can’t builders make an better fence? Here in Canada we stagger the boards so both sides don’t have a “back”. That’s terrible.
❤The thing I like most about this house is the price. ❤ The thing I like the least is the closet - I have to have a " Grand Closet " , far bigger and nicer than this . Plus one of the rooms had the closet in the bathroom like in and apartment - ( Who Wants Their Clothes In The Bathroom ) ??? I did like the Grand Entrance and Stairs . . . . Like I said - Not bad for the price 😇!!! ❤ Hollywood ❤
Absolutely a gorgeous home! Just my style. The only item I did not like was the pendant lighting in the kitchen. They reminded me of large kidney stones for some odd reason. Other than that it’s a well staged home! 🏡

Keep in mind, this model home is fully upgraded. Which would make the price on this home in stone creek estates, over $700k. I know, cause I walked it with my realtor last week.
@@eugeneonyejiekeghajr.9947 the price will depend on the model, the size of the lot and the upgrades you want in it. But some locations will have a higher base price than others. The market is really favoring the seller right now.
As they say when buying real estate, “location, location, location.” You have to also consider, crime rate, and how great are the schools, hospitals, neighborhood and even infrastructure in the surrounding areas?
