All of their model homes have easily over $200K+ worth upgrades and none of those options are available in their design center which is why all of their model homes are unrealistic for your home to look like. Unless you are okay doing those major modifications yourself afterwards which is very tough. This model home is easily at $700K+ price tag. Your normal home will be a night and day different from this model home!

When your primary is 13 x 16 that means your in trouble. Think about it...where are you going to put your Queen size bed, dresser, two night stands and your TV with the TV stand? If you have a king size bed, you will really be in trouble. Have you ever wondered why homebuilders do not stage homes with TV stands in the Primary and kids bedrooms when 70%+ of americans have tvs in all of their rooms? Also, the home as 2 linen closets..in a 2 story 4 bedroom home. Shouldn't you expect more storage and linen closet space? Next, you have Vinyl baseboards, Vinyl flooring, and Peel and Stick tile in a home that will end up costing half a million dollars....Vinyl is basically hard plastic. The peel and stick tile or back splash in the kitchen can be purchased for less than $20 through Walmart, HomeDepot, Amazon, Target, and etc. I started doing remodeling on my moms older home and when I found the EXACT same Vinyl flooring, Vinyl baseboards, and cheap fixtures I was going to use in the home was ALSO being used in homes being sold for $400K+, I started to look at homes differently. Once you know the prices of everything plastic and peel and stick tile, it is hard to understand...good luck.
Really nice home I really like the windows that are in the bottom floor it gives nice natural lining and the stair I like the style and the light chandelier as well I really wish I had a career the profession so I can buy this house

This is amazing, you don't have to dust as much, like with the black stuff. Just keep a roll of paper towels and a bottle of mean green in every room. I am good. An elevator I'm fine, each bathroom has it's own supply of stuff, it's off to the races or whatever and of course you have to eat, Kroger's or the fish market it's cheaper than the grocery stores. The next day stay home and grill, maybe have somebody over, "maybe I said". Probably the pastor & co pastor, . I'd sleep in a different bedroom every night, to keep it lively and get my money's worth. Well I might look into this, but not in Texas, no Texas though. GOD PLEASE BLESS MY FAMILY, I'LL LET YOU LATER WHAT STATE. 😂😂😂🤣
The house is nice but have the garage doors in the front is a waste of window space etc. You can't park from the front so there's no point. Anyway I really liked the color scheme and the grand staircase!
