Everything is just fantastic. Design , color scheme. Only would change for the 1st house (no wine wrack just at entry door; need more burners on the kitchen stove). The 2nd house is just Superb! The others are fine.

How much does the first home start at? That's my favorite. I love the double tray ceiling and the curved staircase. The media room is great too.
The base of that home starts as low as $735,990! Not too bad

That courtyard is awesome right! Newmark is a large new construction home builder that builds in many communities and offers to build on your lot. They also offer a few custom homes as well

Really nice homes but need a basement or lower level -- the Midwest has too many tornados!
We really don't see basements down here in Texas. We are less prone to tornadoes but more likely to see Hurricanes 😂

This is me personally,I’m not a separate dining room person and this dining area is too far off the heart of the home, which is the kitchen. I would expand the kitchen with a chef’s pantry and bigger eating area that can take the place of dining area.

Beautiful. I am looking to build a home her in Bethlehem, PA....houses that are this beautiful are well over 1M...in fact the house I am looking to build doesn't have anywhere near the beautiful detail these homes do...and its 1.3M. I should move to Texas.

First house, every room, too small. You could cut 2 bedrooms upstairs. There is too much furniture in every room. Move the wine wall out of the walkway and put it against the dining room wall.
