@@falisha2912 There are no real tricks, it's all about practice. This is the answer you will hear from most artists, and nothing will help you better than just looking up refs and practice/study. Looking at anatomy helps, observing real bodies helps, doing a variety of different poses helps. There are different approaches and techniques for everyone, but in the end it all boils down to exactly one thing: practice. If you keep drawing, you will improve, it is really that simple (simple of course does not mean easy ;))
