It’s about time NYC got some pink trees……. and I really enjoy the variety of places that Cash shows us. Sure the multi million apartments are awesome. But for me, I enjoy the weirdo, unusual, unlock a gate, walk down a staircase right off a busy street, then walk along a 120 year old alley/ tunnel that opens up into a hidden sanctuary, from where you’ll find the front door to a, clean apartment, that, is, just,, right.

I’m 38 and lived at 316 east 34th st (I believe that was the address) about 20 years ago and it’s crazy to see how many skyscrapers have popped up since then. Boy I miss the smell and sounds of NYC. I remember when I’d get bored I’d just sit out front on the steps and watch things. Never a dull moment.

RAINBOW Yeah it cost $2,150,000 but u still have " maintenance " monthly fees of approx $2500 - $4000 mo to shell out as well if u buy under the co-op arrangement! Just so u know stuff will get fixed in case Mr Cash Jordan accidentally breaks something by slamming the doors or something lol!

Beautiful place and price is good considering. One thing missing is the monthly condo fee, some of them can be crazy.
So gorgeous and softer modern look....all the classical painted wall and ceiling trim...not too much grey...I never thought I would see the day of grey grey grey and then black black black..but colors and methods work.
I think the nicest feature was the outdoor area with high windows on the high floor. Some of the amenities look dated and didn't blend well. The apartment floor plan look basic, but with nice appliances. A wine fridge would have been nice. I was surprised there isn't a shoe cabinet near the front entrance. The living room furniture wasn't that cozy or inviting and seemed like something you'd find in a lobby hotel.
I went to NYC in March. Took a food tour of the Highline and Greenwich. It was so good! PS- that Whole Foods has a build your own Açaí bowl lol

Buildings like that in NYC are designed to withstand hurricane force winds and earthquakes. Probably one of the safest places to be is a modern building like that.

Finally some upscale spaces. I like the other quirky spaces too and enjoy how you talk about the foodie places and spaces before you arrive. They have really changed that area. Bolt bus used to let me off there many many many many times.

That apartment is nice, but not special enough to cost $2.3 million, even by NYC standards. The Hudson Yards area in general is overhyped, in my opinion.

Visited Hudson Yards a few weeks back. Was wondering what the apartments look like, now I know! The mall is really nice, great milk shakes at Dylan's. Sadly the Vessel will stay closed. But the surround area is great for tourists and New Yorkers to visit.

This is closer to my dream place, but I think I also need a den or some sort of alcove…. I’ve been at that subway station, but the times I was there it was empty!
Pool on the 50th floor makes me NOT want to live on the 49th.
Actually, when I was apartment hunting in 1998, my only absolute criteria were...
- 8th floor or below (because that's how high FDNY's ladders go), and
- facing the street (because that's where the fire trucks have to be).
Well if you lived under the pool it might put a fire out...and then crush you...but no fire. lol

Sky Scraper very high bldg it’s like in a glass and steel cage,I prefer in a mid rise or low rise where there is a terrace specially after the pandemic a lot of individuals had anxiety problems
Beautiful compact apartment. I bet all the cool building amenities come at a cost: the monthly management fee (and the temptation to shop in the high end mall you walk through each day 😅 )

@@michaelmontagu3979 those are those super ballin celebrity and billionaire penthouse places. This place is more average ballin 😅. I did my calculations in another comment I made, based off a Google search, and rounded quite a bit up for this building, and was still off by about half.

Mind you, it looks like a nice place. I lived in New York for a few years, 30 years ago. I don't think Hudson Yards was anything like that then. I lived at Sutton Place and 56th Street.

I might go just to see the pink tree (also, I think someone's wee daughter might enjoy it). This is a beautiful apartment even though it's not really my taste. But I'd been wanting to see the places in Hudson yards.
My brother is a designer of that car, and that car beats every other comparable vehicle in its price range. We’re talking British luxury at a German luxury price point. Once you own a Genesis, nothing else under 100k even comes close.
Go back to college and get a degree in SHUT UP! This place is sick! The coolest pad in Gotham with those dope views. Love the amenities and the chic mall. If eminent domain offers me enough for my place maybe I could rent a parking spot in that building. Thank you Cash Jordan!!! Now go replace James Corden will ya? You and Charles or Jamin could take the country by storm and still do your real estate business as a fifteen minute segment of the show. America needs to laugh again!!

Love the building and all the amenities. And the area is now built up so that's a plus, but as far as the unit itself goes? Sorry to say it left me cold and for almost two and a half million dollars?? I'll pass. Good job Cash and Jamin.... That in itself made it fun watching
