  • This Prawn and Vege Fritters (Cucur Udang dan sayur) is a Malaysian snacks usually for Breakfast or Tea time. This recipe makes crispy texture on the outside but soft and fluffy in the inside. The vegetables are flexible and you could mix and match with any vegetables you like, such as (chives and bean sprouts too).
    Ingredients:
    130g Shrimps / 130g 小虾
    1 Red onion / 1 粒大葱
    1 Red chilli / 1 个红辣椒
    Half carrot / 1/2 胡萝卜
    1 stalk Green Onion / 1 根青葱
    1.5 cups All purpose flour / 1.5 杯通用面粉
    2 tbsp Rice flour / 2 汤匙米粉
    2-3 tsp Salt / 2-3 茶匙盐
    1 tsp White pepper / 1 茶匙白胡椒粉
    1-2 tsp Sugar / 1 茶匙糖
    1.5 cup room temperature water / 1.5 杯室温水
