1 cup (240 ml) birria sauce

Love these cheap and easy meals, it's how I cook and have been for the last 47 years , feeding from 7 to 10 people and running a ranch for most of my adult life. I came up with the most creative meals to feed us all. Thanks , glad to see not everyone lives off of store bought heat and eat meals.

Sophie - you have good knife skills. When cutting hard vegetables like carrots it helps to 'choke up' on the blade and put the weight of your upper palm over the bolster and use you thumb and index finger to grip and guide the blade. You'll find you have better control over a long knife when you move your hand more up and over the blade, instead of it kinda dangling out unsupported. Maybe check out some pro knife skills videos. I like lots of your recipe ideas and your presentation is top notch - thanks!
