I had transaxillary implants and I gained sensation to my nipples, recovery time was insanely fast, and I think they look so much better than some other implants I've seen.... So I completely disagree with these opinions. Maybe he's just not a great surgeon lol
I’m planning to get a transaxillary but i’m very scared of the post op since i will be taking care of myself. Did uou get the implant under the muscle? Were you able to move your hands and change your own clothes post op?

That is EXTREMELY unlikely and uncommon in breast augmentation. I have been working in cosmetic plastic surgery for 4 years now and have never had a situation where we even come close to thinking about a transf.
Of course! Many of the surgery videos we post for breast augmentation feature the periareolar incision. We'd be more than happy to make a dedicated video aswell!

M’y 8 year old silicon implant did rupture one sided only should I exchange both of em ? Is that even possible in one surgery ?

yes, it is possible to place implants under the muscle using subareolar incision.
Do you require patients to be WILLING to accept blood transf in case things go wrong? 🤔 HAVE you had a case where that even had to happen?
