Too bad working out ages your youthful look and raises your cortisol which actually decreases testosterone. No animal in nature does this. Face is the most important trait.

Dress like an accomplished fashionable businessman instead than like some "hot dude" in his 20s. Be more masculine and grounded instead of very playful and joking. Play your own game instead of monkeying 20 year olds. Obviously, I hope you built a successful lifestyle for yourself by now. It's key.
