Man, this game has been wild. It's so fun, and I'm glad to see people who aren't into the busty furry aesthetic, can look past that, and notice the heart and soul of the game. I'll be even happier, if this game's peak player count beats Suicide squad's peak count.
I am honestly surprised that this game hasn’t completely blown up like palworld did. Not saying the games are similar, just that this game feels like it has the potential to get big.
@@bearerofcurses It was on top seller on EA when it came out, then now it sits on 2nd. So I'd say it blew up well, even then pre-demo had a fair bit amount of communities. I find it funny that the game went on EA because the dev ran out of steam keys for their patrons 😂
@@bearerofcurses Well first off this game dosen't have nearly as much content as palworld does. Secondly the monster taming genre is one of the most popular styles of gaming, even excluding pokemon. While it's no quarter of a million or 1 million players playing I still think netting 10k+ players especially for your first game is an amazing start and more than enough to build a foundation off of. Besides the dev is a single person, if it did become that big the workload would be far too much to manage, just like how palworld had to hire a much bigger team just to handle the weight of success
i just found this game today and normally i find furry stuff very off putting just because personal opinions but i dont let those opinions let me judge me experience on something or others and honestly think the game and concept looks really cool. will be buying
For a ‘furry’ game, it generally holds up as an amazing game on its own. I see a lot of games that lean much more into the NSFW or fetish variety. Sure, the game is suggestive but I’m glad Kiseff didn’t channel their NSFW roots since I feel like that would’ve alienated a ton of other people. This and Friend vs Friends are gold standards for furry games.
-Palworld -Unicorn Overlord -Nine Sols -Cat Quest 3 -Black Myth Wukong -Visions of Mana -The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom (Zelda has a cat suit) -Atlyss EA -On Your Tail Yeah ya'll really popped off this year. It's like everyone saw Pseudoregalia's Batman signal and went all in. I'm just a regular gooner but I'm definitely basking in the furry fanservice of 2024. Ya'll did great.
@@JadeMythriil Let’s be very perfectly honest with ourselves friend. Those aren’t FURRY games. They have anthropomorphic animals. But they weren’t made by, and mostly for furries or as furry bait.
Your a bit mistaken, this is a furry game.... but is it a furry fetish game? Nope, cuz the reason why they don't like furry games is for that reason, take note of animal crossing, the game is almost a furry game but people like it
There is VERY much a fetishized aspect to the character creator, hyper proportions like that don't just come from nowhere. It's just that people finally stopped pretending that they don't want kinky shit in their games, furry or not.
This game looked interesting when I had seen the store page for it before release. Glad I bought it since it has been a pretty enjoyable experience. Heck, I was able to get some of my non furry friends into it. We have been running parties through the game, and it is a heck of a lot more fun this way.
I have played this game a long time ago, it's really nice to see how much it has grown, was a little surprised when i got the notification that the game was out on early acess a few days ago
I'm not a furry, but this game reminds me so much of the good old Phantasy Star Online. I really this game to get really big, and to have a cool online
I was hesitant to get this game because the meme sliders gave me the wrong idea. But my furry friend (lol) talked me the rest of the way into it and it’s actually great. Easily worth the 10 dollars.
Let's be honest: the reason why you should play this is because the first video you(yes you who is reading this) saw about this game was about a guy speedrunning a slap on a NPC's butt...
One of the few times I'm willing to pay full price for a game since, despite the clearly sexual aspects and the fact it's only in EA currently, this game looks fantastic and I've heard nothing but praise, especially from non furries. The only negative reviews I've actually seen are just people being clowns ranting about horny furries which.. sure I won't deny some are definitely more into lewd aspects than others, but this isn't telling me what's wrong with the game other than "Haha I payed $10 to make fun of furries" which isn't the win they think it is. For what it is, Atlyss seems really polished and good in many aspects, the character creator is also great by the look of things, you seem to have a variety of options to choose from but they don't feel as overwhelming as many other character creators that either don't have enough options or have far too many. It's kinda cool seeing indie furry games become more mainstream, been a great year for them since Psuedoregalia blew up earlier
Very optimized game i played it before it hits on steam a long time ago when it was new on itch. I can play it smoothly in my old ass laptop powered with intel hd 3000 with little but bearable stutter. My laptop audio is broken so i cant hear ingame stuff
its a fun game its like a modded zelda that has kingdom heart and a HINT of ultrakill combat mixed in depending on the weapons ya choose and play style character customization is very good and im glad it isn't wicked wild butts and boobs they are still big yes but i some mmo games i played in the past had some knockers that could not be toned down at all but im glad i can make them actual good sizes instead of turning everything to max like a chronic online person - in short game good me like me gonna play
i haven't played the older zelda games, but is it wrong to say that this game seems to have the ocarina of time combat but just faster and more agile? Anyways i bought it and it's fucking awesome
That's wild that you are level 11 and still using rock throw, lol. At level 10 you can talk to one of three different trainers to pick a class. Enok for fighter, Angela for mystic, and Sally for bandit. They all unlock abilities that are quite a bit stronger than the starting ones. FYI, you cannot switch your class after picking one, so choose wisely.
@@bearerofcurses Probably 4 days late but you could also use enchanting to swap the main Stat of a weapon, make your big scythe a dex weapon or make the magic scepter a str weapon, there are also general skill books that all classes can use to further tailor your game plan
