Good classic video. I'm starting to wish I was born in this era. I've been looking left and right at videos like this to find units involved in famous wrecks(e.g. 1989 Cajon Pass wreck), as seen, 144 was wrecked in 1994. I'm genuinely glad videos like this exist and I'm glad that this helps in my little search.
Fact of interest, the scenes from June 1991 were close to being filmed around the same time the folks from GREEN FROG PROD were in the area for filming of their production SANTA FE'S ODDESSEY VOLUME 3.
@@jefftoft5568 It's fine i'm sure there might be a different between both S3L and RS3L but honestly they sound cool, sorry for asking that question BTW.
All my videos are mine I recorded on VHS in the 90s. I don’t live to far from Galesburg and back then I made a lot of trips. Still do today, one of my favorite places to go.
@@RailfanLogan Me and a friend of mine use to go to E. Galesburg quite often in the 90's. Might be heading Galesburg tomorrow since I haven't been in a while since my hip replacement a month ago.
Hey, I have an idea... Let's take the iconic BN paint scheme and combine it with the iconic SF paint scheme and create a hideous new orange paint scheme... 😑
i love this 90's Santa Fe video. The Warbonnets are awesome going by here with those great horns.
Thank you Daniel!

@@jefftoft5568 I couldn't agree more.

@@What06 Sorry I'm not a person of knowing the different type horns.

Nice FB video Jeff.
Thank you Steven!
@@jefftoft5568 You are welcome.
Is SF 7411 and 5049 are still around?
I have no idea, BNSF has been retiring units left and right.
Did a little searching 7411 is in TX in storage in 2022, was also in storage in Galesburg for awhile.
Man, I have never saw a war bonnet in real life
There are a few still roaming around but stenciled BNSF.
@@jefftoft5568 ok
