I had asthma as a kid with the inhaler and shit. But I was sent to Colombia for a year and all the exercise is what we always assumed is what changed things for me. I definitely had a lot of dairy. I used to love milk and I never gave it up even with asthma. I don't remember anything any doctor said so who knows.
