God Bless You, I made a claim online about my dcd998 burning out and apperently they are sending me a replacement in the mail, I am waiting for my drill still.
Wow that’s what many don’t talk about when the impressive tools they advertised don’t work anymore and we get stuck w the manufacturers customer reps and policies I still don’t think 3 yrs is enough I feel dewalt isn’t a cheap tool to get and I saw something like 1 yr service anyways thanks for the update on what could we expect next time I had same issue but with a body of an 1/2 impact it prob got drop and the small crack became huge tool was good but body became the tool useless I had to use is for spare out of warranty so yeah 😎 I don’t like the kind of plastic or mold it’s like too weak or something . I maybe had to baby seat the tool next time 😂. Have you had any issues w batteries ?
Thanks Charls Chuck for watching and the comment. Yes, I've had problems with Dewalt's 20/60 flex volt batteries. I've had 4 of them go out on me. DeWalt has been good to me in the service department as to replacements.
