We being my Husband and I since January have stuck to a Ketogenic diet it has served us well. We together have lost over 6 pounds he went to the doctor resonantly and he cut his blood pressure meds in half! We no longer will be on the standard American diet agin! We still have a few more pounds to loose that being said, doing it slowly it is the best way to do it. Walking everyday and working in the garden is get up plenty of exercise! Thank you so much for your encouragement! Be well live well!🥰

Great video! I love the way you laid out the pros using the cons first. The cons are exactly how I gained lots of weight and now I am losing using the reverse of that. Thanks!

I have been dealing with an ankle injury for several months. I have been to a podiatrist, had exrays, and I tried an herbalist and acupuncture . Finally, I found a chiropractor who is working on my ankle. It is slow going, but making baby steps. My mobility is limited. I was depressed and allowed sugar back in. This video was what I needed to get back on track and do what I can, instead of being upset about what I can't do.

Thank you for this info. Dropped back from Keto and not good. Put 7 lbs back on and don’t like that. Could blame it on my husbands open heart surgery but was to lazy to keep it going. Getting back on track so I feel good again.

Hi guys, thanks for another good video. I decided a long time ago that drinking calories is out completely for me. They are just not necessary and like you say, pack on the weight. I also try really hard to stay away from sugar in all forms. Its been easy to use non sugar sweeteners, and then only sparingly for those. I wish I could say I'm completely over bread, but I give in occasionally and have a piece. Always feel crappy afterward though. We feel so much better just staying low carb.

Hi guys! I've been carnivore since Sept/23. I've lost 20 lbs. & I'm down to 110. I'm wondering & my concern is once you're at an ideal weight will your body maintain that or will you continue to lose? I guess we'll see, but I'm not sure I could eat any more if I needed to... (and I sure dont want to watch netflix & drink coke😅)

Hey! Thanks for the comment and question. We were carnivore for over a year and found that our weight stabilized, we did not continue to lose. --Rich

How does Stevia fit into this. I am a coffee drinker and use Stevia.

Check out Allulose it is a very healthy sugar substitute it is big benefits for your body and makes coffee taste sweet!

As I understand it, your body will have a small initial insulin response to the sweet taste of the 'stevia' but then when your blood sugar does not rise the whole "event" is basically over. Contrast that to 'sugar' in your coffee--you get the same small initial insulin response but then your blood sugar spikes due to the sugar. Your body will respond with a jolt of insulin that will drop your blood sugar. Typically that will be followed by another rise in blood sugar as digestion continues and then another release of insulin. Depending on the amount of sugar and how quickly your body is able to handle it, those spikes and dips can continue for a couple of hours. In our opinion, you are WAY better off with the stevia!! --Rich
