  • Just a short video made mostly for myself, comparing exhaust on my Triumph Bonneville T100 2007.
With the Emgos it runs like a dream with the jetting provided in the video. Not too loud when cruising, but a great roar when accelerating.
Hope this video can help others choose exhaust.

Hi there. Thanks for the video. I have a beginner question. Did you find instructions online for adjusting the carbs? I have no idea what those numbers mean lol

Love the sound of the Emgos! Could you tell me where you bought the mufflers, adapters, etc.? I'd like to do this on my 2013 Bonneville EFI.

A Swedish shop, nccr. You can find them at lots of places at a good price.

I also have a 2013 T100.. did you get these mufflers? Were they hard to put on because of the exhaust pipe angle?

@@TheCandee93Yes, I got them, and they fit. It's been a while since I put them on, but I don't recall the job being too difficult. I had to use some exhaust sealant because the clamps wouldn't tighten the mufflers completely. The angle wasn't a problem.

How do you find the tuning now? running well? I've just done very similar but with a bit more packing and a little bit bigger washer. To my suprise they already had quite a bit of fiberglass packing inside.
Currently running 115 jets and 3 turns out on the fuel screw, no snorkle.

Since I made the video I fitted a large washer to force all exhaust to go through the fiberglass. I also removed the restrictor plate in the air box and fitted a bellmouth. Waiting for winter to end up here to find out how it runs.

      @@perkensby3268 Thanks mate, appreciate it.
My washer is on a bolt with a spacer so it sits out from that little basket they have in there. Do you think your new way will be too restrictive?

@@bonnevilleponds The bigger washer was fine. Took away some of the harshness in the sound.

did you just slip it on or do you need any extra pipes to make it go up ( new exhaust)?

Got the mufflers as a kit with some upswept adapters to get the angle right.
