Guys he is one of my favourite heroes and he is the James bond of India. He did a lots of great things for our country. He did a Operation Blue star at the Golden temple.he had spent a lots of time in the other countries.and he has the best representative personality and well spoken to the the general public. He knew the emotions of the people. He is a fearless person. I have been following him since he had done a great job in the NSA. And I'm very glad to say now we have a good advisory security person. Who has a lots of knowledge about the country and bad situations.
The next time Mr. Doval is interviewed someone with gravity and substance should be selected.The anchor seemed no match in front of the NSA chief. Mr. Doval's charisma and insight is second to none!
Deal with fear - articulate the fear in specific words you will find tha fear is not as big as you are really worried about you can further reduce the fear by knowledge , hard work and understanding every situation is new have a plan for it Clarity of objective - don't take decision when you are angry or afraid See the options get knowledge about them and choose the best Prepare for it and make your decision right
School students should listen to a talk by him on decision taking. Our schools need to inculcate decision taking, observations & thinking routines right from school levels to prepare children to face their future & live their lives
