Fucking loved WD1. One of the last serious Ubi story games.
Fun fact: if you go straight to the lighthouse after the credits you can go to the top and see damiens body. But you’ve only got 1 chance after the credits because the lighthouse door locks after that. You can also see how Aiden managed to hack the lighthouse, as it states “hack to cause a surge in voltage”.
What I like about this mission is that you can actually bypass the whole virus uploading on three separate points and police chase sequence by doing the "impossible" hack at 7:10, after which DedSec congratulates and offers Aiden to join their cause, to which Aiden declines!
Ah memory lane the most fun (and traumatic) of roads

There is a theory on yt that dispite Aiden wanting to be a Good guy and believe in it he is just a Bad guy who likes the underworld and still works with criminals and fixer even before the events of the main game he is a criminal who steals, he robs kills and caused chaos and distruction more then his enemies would.
I would really recommend looking it up, it also goes into Aiden mental health it's really interesting and it makes Aiden more of a interesting protagonist.
I always saw him as a Anti-Hero more than a Hero.
This is also shown in chapter 9 of WD 1, where Jordi says: " remember Kinderhook?" This maybe shows that Aiden did a previous job in Kinderhook with a lot of guards

Hands down the best and sickest mission in the game! Literally got access to the satellite and shut down the entire city which was cinematic asf! I just wanna commend you will for doing a fantastic job on these missions and how you went about playing them, the walking while the dialogs plays ,the intense shootings and strategies used were all brilliant, excellent work man. This game really holds a special place in my heart, ubisoft did an outstanding job. And they hinted us that there would be a WD2 by advertising ctos 2.0 haha dec sec wants nothing on aiden and t-bone lol. Well it was nice while it lasted, again thank you for these gameplays bro, it was much appreciated 🙏
It was my pleasure! I felt I wanted to showcase more gameplays of Watch Dogs as it’s such an under-appreciated game, especially when it came out. Great visuals (even without mods) and action sequences at night or in the rain are so atmospheric. One of Ubisoft’s finest moments.
@@Willzyyy it is indeed an unappreciated game, never got the love it really deserved! I even used to play the multi-player which was also fun and crazy lol I never played WD2 , I watched some gameplay of it and it never hit as hard as WD1. WD2 seemed more laid back and the story was nowhere close to being impactful as WD1, yeah WD2 had some cool features and new stuff but still can't top WD1 and WD3 is just terrible imo
@@StraightOutThaGudda4U I've been playing some WD2 today and I really would give it a chance just for it's living, breathing open world, great parkour gameplay and San Francisco looking amazing. Lots of missions and side content too. It's main story isn't great but the gameplay is.

This ending is so much like GTA IV’s ending where you won, but did you really win anything? Favorite game by Ubisoft ever.
I still wonder why Damien went through all that trouble just to monologue and rant to Aiden when he finally confronts him, he wasn’t even carrying a gun lol

@whitezombie10 yeah poor guy got embarrassed when Aiden cornered him for speaking with Gardner, better yet he was a cripple who had nothing to live for any more, he was divorced , he's still a piece of shit but I kinda feel bad doesn't mean I don't hate him.

One thing I like about this part is that when you need to spread the virus,those places are points of intrusions that unlock the map.
It's great that they reuse them.

LMAO, so what? are you gonna say it's all bound to the top of the chain? It doesn't matter about the past but you always have the decision to break free from that cursed chain just like how tyrants gets exposed and kill because sometimes, sacrifices are meant to happen to put an end to this mess.
you gotta admit Ubisoft had the balls to not only bring back Aiden one of the most hated protagonist in a game that was liked over the years in a little cameo in a sidemission for WD2 and a whole DLC dedicated to him in Legion
He is hated because people never understood him
He isn't a typical protagonist

That’s why this game is underrated never played
But honestly, honestly, I like Aiden Pierce‘s character, a tough guy with knowledge of the criminal in the world and incredible detective skills. Honestly, I’m surprised this guy in rich considering his past I mean, sakes a lot of companies hiring him would make a lot of money with them.
this is where iam upto and its driving me mad that i cant beat this last mission
I repeated that mission 100 times just to see the cutscene after the impossible hack for those who don’t know what that is it’s the hack you do the first time you enter the ctos building you can’t hack it the first time but if you do you will get a cutscene from dedsec saying they can’t believe you did it

I wonder what Damien said to Aiden do you think it was true? I mean sure Aiden might’ve felt some like a sense of cleanse after taking down Most of the corruption in Chicago, the crime syndicate, including his old friend, but I wonder what Damien said he think it was true that despite all the wars and all the battles he’s done in the end he already lost because no one else think about it his niece is already dead, and he brought her back. All it did was make him into what he was trying to become a devil.

yeah ive done it, just takes some learning and now i can do it everytime. was tricky at first though😂

when i played the first time the first choice i made on this final mission was to kill Maurice cause im in the revenge game but also now that i see this other choice i prefer to be the bigger man now.

Watchdogs is a good game But Police Chases are highly unbalanced
I hated that Jordi had to come out like that and betray Aiden. That's the only speck a character in this game whom I otherwise consider perfect has.
And also I lol'd at how towards the and but particularly in this last mission, they made dedsec truly like the crying Wojak of the game lol
