I can't tell you enough how impressed iwas seeing the First Gym Leader with 6 Pokemon, with a specific strategy for all of them and you still kick his butt, damn. But also i loved how cute the moment ¨I missed you Haunter¨ was. I'm cheering you Shyguymask!

I’m sure you probably know this, but picking up an encore Pokémon helps a lot with stalling. If the encored move is out of PP, they are forced to struggle
Ah yes, Drayano and his brilliant RomHacks. Don't think I'll ever be able to beat the first Blaze Black while Nuzlocking lol, maybe one day. Anyway loves challenges like these, which are made even more dynamic and interesting in already challenging games like this. Kudos for not using items in battle btw, many people do that and it just turns into boring potion stall
I feel like saying it's impossible to beat it just because you are forced into a battle that forces you to use another pokemon shouldn't count as a loss. But this is a fantastic video nontheless! Keep up the great work, you add a whole new level to grinding in Pokemon that I have never seen before.

Geez, egg moves in the first gym while you’re gimping yourself within the challenge? This is going to be real painful in the late game when everyone is going to be running competitive loadouts. Not to mention gen 5 is known infamously for the weather wars. Can’t wait for part 2 to see what chaos is coming up

I remember Volt White 2 being a nightmare to nuzlocke, so I can only imagine how insane a status move only challenge run will be on Blaze Black 2. Do you have any strategies that you plan to use for the N fight in Chargestone Cave? That was the battle that gave me my first team wipe during a nuzlocke run, and I remember it being really difficult to get past.
Ah, I believe you're confusing Black/White 1 and 2, it's actually in BW1 that you fight N in Chargestone cave. I actually never played Blaze Black/Volt White 1 though, I really should one day.

I was a little disappointed for one of your latest challenges (the CrossCode one) because you stopped as soon as you hit one, I was kinda interested in how little breaks you can get away with in the entire game, but I guess it takes a lot more work to segment a big challenge like that. I have a different mindset depending on the challenge. For the CrossCode one, I consider the appeal to be the curiosity of if beating the game while outright avoiding interacting with the Break mechanic (beyond partially filling the yellow bar for extra damage) is possible or not. As a "challenge" strictly I didn't find it particularly interesting as it boiled down to boss battles being endurance tests. This Pokemon challenge however actively changes the gameplay and forces me to use vastly different strategies and units to my advantage.

Well, you and your Regenerator duo have inspired me to play VW2 Complete again with Challenge Mode turned on now. I'm switching it off for Skyla because I really don't want to deal with this battle format, but it's here for all other major battles. Some highlights so far have been my starter Pignite crushing Cheren's whole team with a buffed (25 power) Arm Thrust, then scraping out a solo win against Roxie (it's a miracle that he only ended up poisoned by Whirlipede's ability) and even narrowly surviving Burgh's beastly team with Eviolite equipped (the one first Focus Blast miss from Accelgor made it possible at all).
I'm anticipating Alomomola in this run to replace Audino. Better defensive typing, way more HP, and probably the best Regenerator pivot available. Slowbro and Slowking have Slack Off which is more immediate than Wish, but I think that Alomomola would still be the better choice. Also I think Hippowdon would be a solid choice in this run due to its access to Slack Off + Perma Sand. I'm excited to see how some of the tougher fights will go.

As an idiot that gave up attacking forever three years ago, I love seeing anyone do this challenge. Gen 5 is already cruel for this challenge, (No Butterfree in the normal version means Level 19 for Snivy's Leech Seed.) but on a harder version of a Gen 5 game? This is going to be good. Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald are "nicer" then Black 2 because they're obviously impossible because you have to beat a trainer before you can get Pokeballs. (It's technically possible with RNG manipulation if you make wild Pokemon miss 35 Tackles in a row and Crit with every Struggle. Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are nice enough to remove that impossible possibility with raising Tackle's Accuracy from 95 to 100.) Black 2 and White 2... 17:18 One time. That's just insulting.
Challenge idea: can you beat Plants vs Zombies with only peashooter plants (like peashooter, snow pea, repeater, ect.) you can use Lily Pads and Pots too
Challenge idea: Can you beat Terraria without aiming during boss fights? So basically, you play the game normally, but when fighting bosses, you cannot move your cursor nor use homing weapons.
I got a tip for you: If you want to cancel completely some Pokemon Abilities I recommend to use a Cofagrigus, that pokemon actually received a Buff in Blaze Black now being Ground Type, you can use his Mummy Ability to Neutralize completely Others, also can learn Will 'o wisp more useful for take less Fisical Damage, thing that can be very useful to stall damage with Blissey
It may be a decent idea to train up a hippowdon. Solid physical wall with a recovery move and sand stream can add on to the residual damage. And come on Pokestars isn’t that bad some of the twist endings are actually funny due to how absurd they are and it’s when used effectively it’s the fastest money grinding method in the entire series so it’s useful if you want tms. The best items for selling that your fans give are for the twist endings and the tutorial movie’s twist ending is literally done by not using an attacking move so you can grind money that way if you need to without worried about over leveling.
Just wanted to share my opinion on the video. I understand you do everything with text, but I don't think I can personally read everything going on for 23 minutes in this challenge video. I feel like it would be a lot better of a video with worded commentary with so much going on, being optimal pokemon moves hard battles etc. I know your channel doesn't do verbal commentary of any form, I just wanted to share what I thought. I'm not like disliking the video or anything because it seems like a really sick challenge, just wanted to share.

If you want to cancel completely some Pokemon Abilities I recommend to use a Cofagrigus, that pokemon actually received a Buff in Blaze Black now being Ground Type, you can use his Mummy Ability to Neutralize completely Others, also can learn Will 'o wisp more useful for take less Fisical Damage, thing that can be very useful to stall damage with Blissey

Yep. Serperior is Grass/Dragon, Cofagrigus is Ghost/Steel, and some others are changed too.

I have a suggestion on your next challenge. Can you beat kingdom rush (any of the series) with only one type of tower per level.
It may be a decent idea to train up a hippowdon. Solid physical wall with a recovery move and sand stream can add on to the residual damage. And come on Pokestars isn’t that bad some of the twist endings are actually funny due to how absurd they are and it’s when used effectively it’s the fastest money grinding method in the entire series so it’s useful if you want tms. The best items for selling that your fans give are for the twist endings and the tutorial movie’s twist ending is literally done by not using an attacking move so you can grind money that way if you need to without worried about over leveling.

Just wanted to share my opinion on the video. I understand you do everything with text, but I don't think I can personally read everything going on for 23 minutes in this challenge video. I feel like it would be a lot better of a video with worded commentary with so much going on, being optimal pokemon moves hard battles etc. I know your channel doesn't do verbal commentary of any form, I just wanted to share what I thought. I'm not like disliking the video or anything because it seems like a really sick challenge, just wanted to share.
