2 small broccoli
salt 1 teaspoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Mash well with a fork.
Oatmeal 100 gr.
2 eggs.
2-3 cloves of garlic.
mozzarella 200 gr.
Mix well.

Interesante su receta, pero debe evitar el consumo de aceite. Un sólo refrito con aceite de oliva sería mejor , a cuidar la salud.

Watching from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 . We have a similar potato dish called tempered potatoes , only difference is we saute a few curry leaves along with the onions and add a little red chiilie flakes in the end. Very yummy with steamed rice 😍😍
