      Puno hvala! = Thank you very much!
      much, many, a lot (of) - puno, mnogo [adverb]
      full - pun (masculine), puna (feminine), puno (neuter) [adjective]

    Hvala! I'm sorry if I missed that in the video, but what past form should I use if I talk with a woman much older than me? "Da li ste stigli?" or "Da li ste stiglE?" ?

      That's a good question!
      Actually, I failed to mention that in the video.
      If you address a female formally, you would ask:
      "Da li ste stigli?"
      If you address two or more females, formally or informally, you would ask:
      "Da li ste stigle?"
