Its looks absolutely delicious!!! Your home culinary skills are on points! Halibut is a good fish, but i find it to be a little on the dry side. Nevertheless, i will try this dish with salmon.
So yummy! I made a version of this tonight. Conveniently, I had a majority of the ingredients and made some substitutions. I skipped on the crab fingers and the creamy garlic sauce. I used Alaskan Pollock fillets, followed the directions for the mash potatoes (absolutely smashing), the corn garnish, switched the spinach for broccoli and made a garlic butter sauce. I also broiled some sausage. Everything took less than 30 mins. So I guess it was more or less inspired but equally delicious.

I'm 63 years old, been cooking for a while. I had always shredded my cheese, however a few years ago I decided to start buying the cheese in the bag. To save time, in addition to having arthritis 😊 But I I recently found out the shredded cheese is coated with something. If you notice it doesn't stick together in the bag. However if you take a block of cheese and shredd it. Put it in a plastic bag you will notice it will stick together. When that bag cheese is shipped it is put into boxes. I'm sure there is some slight pressure put on them while in transit. However each piece is separate. In addition I look it up, and it said it was coated with something. I forgot what it said was used. I'm only telling you this because it looks like love to cook healthy meals for your family. And why have stuff added that doesn't need to be in your food. Just a tip from a "ole lady" that admires you and I like Love n Hip Hop. Got rid of my cable, due to the high price and I didn't watch many of the channels they offered. I keep up through IG and other social media!! Plus a few Girlfriends fill me in😊LOL.
