- Exotic Floorwork Choreography to Escalate by Tsar B. This is the first floor choreo I have created/taught, all thanks to the quarentine that left us working from home without poles. This is how I started doing floor work and everyone told me it was wrong. Good to know it's actually not.
Floorwork can be whatever you want it to be!
I'm gonna need to know what knee pads those are! I have destroyed knees from choosing to crawl until I was 9, so doing floorwork can be quite painful for me :(.
These knee pads are volleyball knee pads! (Allsix) Much more protection than the average dance knee pads, but they do look chunkier. Pros and cons!
