Be receptive to that feeling. Your brain is receiving the sound vibrations and traveling through your body. If you feel any scratchiness in your throat, poking, etc. do not fight it but let the poking continue. It's likely that your throat chakra is damaged and this frequency is healing it.
@@warpey5632 First, let me preface this by explaining that sound vibrations have different frequencies which require something like an antenna to receive those specific frequencies. The human body has certain points called chakras that receive different frequencies. These chakras allow that energy from the sound to travel seamlessly through our entire body. But, if a chakra is blocked/damaged, the sound vibration can get trapped in the chakra (overstimulated) or derived of the chakra (under stimulated). I believe, based on my own experience, that if you are feeling a poking or scratching feeling in your throat when listening to pure frequency like this, then the sound isn’t able to travel through that chakra point. You could have issues with speaking what you wish to say or being in control of how you express yourself.
