The Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally or STPR for short, is the longest runnng motorsports event in Pennsylvania. The STPR rally's stages are located in the Tioga and Susquehannock State Forests surrounding Wellsboro, Pennsylvania.. The Phasa II stage was stage six of the 2024 event. This video documents the competitors as they passed by the Asaph Picnic Area in the Tioga State Forest.
