I've done two cuts where I drew blood, both made me feel bad but the first was on a 2 year old boy. That just breaks your heart. I was edging the back and he just spun. The detailer just dug in. The mum was cool but I lost sleep over that. Lucky we're still friends and still cutting his hair to this day. Good video Chris, as always

I have found that with uneven hair like this (maybe not this bad lol) it is easier to blend when you start the guideline with you clipper closed and flick with the trimmer after

Yeah he needs to be thrown under the jail for doing that. Luckily Bossio is that guy and I was still focused on his work. A lot of RUclips barber's work would have been overlooked the whole time thinking about that God Awful look. That was an eye sore. He should be kicked out of the shop for that S. Just throw out the pants and the boots so you're not tempted to ever wear that again.

Man im glad he said that about the gamma. Just got ergo with the fade blade on it. I was blending out the bald line and one of the teeth of the blade went into the client skin or an open hair follicle. The clipper is amazing but definitely have to be careful.

Bro you make the hardest cuts look easy. As soon as I started the video and saw that he had that density hair AND wanted a low fade.. That’s a really tough cut. Even on really dense hair.

One time I saw a barber cut with a medal number 2 on the side and cut behind the persons ear but didn’t move his ear and nothing happened. So I tried it and it nicked the clients ear. I never did that again.

We all human bruh. My detailers went out on me at barber school...so I used my classmates detailers and ended up nicking the client behind the ear.
I have a client like this. Been cutting his hair over an year and I still struggle. Most of the cut I’m detailing cuz of the light spots in his hair and the bumps on his head 😔
I have an issue with salt and pepper hair. Can you do a tutorial on it. It’s hard to see lines especially if they don’t go bald fade and they want like a half guard into a 2 or whatever.

I've only been cutting for a year and I literally just cut someone today. Used a fade blade got the first time instead of a taper blade and got him. Still feel like shit. SMH

Can’t charge 100 dollars for that service after you cut him. But nice blend. Got to discount it. It’s happened to me before and I discount the customer for my faults. If I don’t do it right o wouldn’t want to do it at all. I do understand we learn as we go. But when you charge a price like that you have to stay consistent. No misses. Because it will come back to haunt us. I charge 67-75 now but it goes up. That’s a starting off price.

Chalky cocaine!! I use a styptic stick by Clubman but there are other products that do the same thing like an alum block, etc.
