Bro you're so humble admitting you struggle with some haircuts/hair texture other barbers are so pretentious and think they can do everything perfect. Oh the haircut looks amazing btw
he is very cool! a lot of barbers act as if there is not anything that will cause them to struggle, but it happens. haircuts struggles don't care if you are a veteran
Also its cool that he's trying to do something he's not good/comfortable with. H could have just turned this guy down
@@supmaidoods8753 definately
Those “wtf am I doing wrong” days be the worst 🥶
I literally be sweating stressed over it LOL
🤣🤣 good to know i ain't the only one
For me personally, it’s these types of videos that help me the most. textures and fades that can be tough for anyone and how to overcome them. Solid video brother
I have a client that has similar hair imperfections. What I do which really helps is stretch the guidelines in the back probably double the size of the guidelines on the sides because the back is so dense and the sides are so light, I find that it makes the world of a difference!
I appreciate the transparency. We're all human after all.
It’s crazy how you were able to blend that type of hair man. Much respect!
I couldn’t even tell you struggled this was incredible.
The half looks like a one and a half 😳
Prop's on the completion.
Damn good job,, chi-town holla
It's terrible
King S i know i am 😔
I’m 17, and I got an opportunity to work in the shop this weekend, and I had a client with hair texture like this almost, except it was a little more lighter, thinner, straighter, and softer. I struggled so bad man. I felt embarrassed cuz I was taking so long, and my boss had to take over. But my boss ALSO said it was a struggle to get it done nicely. I felt ASHAMED smh. I haven’t been cutting that long, but I can say my progress and work ethic is real good. Luckily my coworkers were letting me know that it’s alright
im 17 too bro nd ima start cuttin’ as well bro , all i gotta say is we gotta keep pushin’ to get where we wanna be at , it aint gon’ be easy da first times you dig wat im sayin’ , juss have da mentality of you’ll be da best sooner or later bro , keep pushin’ nd we’ll get dere 💈🔥💯
Alan Gonzalez word up , im another beginner barber here 🙏🏼💯
Keep improving
Yessir same here just turned 18 last night
Don’t worry, yesterday I messed someone up(wells I was finished but I knew I needed help) but my brother took over And told me it’s okay practice practice practice
Struggle felt best the best part is you still pulled it off, for me is a relief meaning it good to see barbers are still human but its inspiring and motivating because irregardless you didn't give up no matter how challenging the cut(s)
A fade is a fade is a fade...no matter what they call it. Excellent job homie
Aye man that was a damn good recovery. I love & respect the fact that you didn't just throw 66 sprays of enhancements on it & call it a day because lord knows I've seen that millions of times on RUclips.
It is the worst when someone has a difficult hair texture/wants a fade that’s a little more detailed than an average mid fade/ has light spots in their head. I cant even begin to describe the frustration when you go to blend something but the guard just makes another line. It was nice to hear the transparency from a barber who’s considered top tier in the industry. Also the whole time/quality concept is relatable. I’ve never appreciated a haircut video like I have this one.
Bossio So Humble N I Jus Fw His Personality All Around Seems Like A Great Person Keep Doin Watchu Doin Ima Always Be Here To Support💯🤝
🙏🏽🙏🏽
Absolutely killed this cut, Boss. It’s always a pleasure to see your videos.
Damn!!! This cut would of had me shook!! Especially in the beginning when you said you felt like you were patching him... Amazing discipline to stay in your formula.. 🔥🔥🔥
This is my very first time I hear from an experienced barber that he struggled, such an honest acknowledgment... I've been cutting for a few years already and I am so hard on myself, and I'm also a perfectionist. Sometimes I've been so disappointed that I quit jobs. The negative criticism and other experienced barber could be so hard on you. But I love the craft so much and I keep going....
I appreciate your realness especially from your position of professionalism so much respect
Chris this ended up being a fire cut!! It's refreshing to know that a barber as good as you still struggles from time to time!!
At first, I was like uh oh!! Then I thought, cmon man, Bossio is not going to put a video out of a cut he couldn’t just get right!! Came out dope bro!!
I respect your humbleness. Your advice and realness has help me so much! Thank you 😊 fire cut🔥
Definitely it happens, when you spoke about smoking a haircut and on the next time you cut the same client you feel (WHILE) you're doing it that its not getting to the same quality as before... I really identified with that. I've spent hundreds of hours thinking on why that happens, the conclusion that I came up to is that when we are consciously thinking about the steps we are on the realm of "Conscious Competence" and thats really a step behind from "Unconscious Competence" and when we manage to put ourselves onto the last one, thats when things flow, the cut becomes a lot more natural instead of deliberated and thats why imho it looks better to ourselves.
Great cut bro, for some reason I get lost when I do all guidelines at once, I rather do a guide and erase it before doing the next one. I still struggle with time, do ou think it's because I detail while I do the fade?
It’s definitely the detailing that makes the cut take longer cuz I struggle with it too but it’s cuz of my OCD 😂😂😂 I gotta remind myself to move on and come back later lol
Intro visual and beat never get old legendary. Stamped in my head
That intro is gangster , 1 of the best on RUclips 👌👌
🙏🏽💪🏽
How is that even possible? that cut is so dang FIRE!!!
I really like how you keep it real and are always honest with your commentary. You definitely make these sessions teachable moments for us all. Thank you.
Man! This is pure ART 🔥 definitely my fave youtuber all day long!! From the u.k!!!!
You're a freaking pro, man! I need you as a barber!
Respect... I like the fact you are always honest on your videos 👍 and the cut came out fresh, thank you again for the videos!
💪🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Yo u KILLED this cut.... i appreciate the realness in this video! I appreciate 🙏 raw footage and real talk. Im a new barber I have my days I don't feel I had a great day cuz of struggle cuts like this. But that professionalism and consistency pays off.. killed the cut thanks for the video. Great detail!
Good know even the BEST Struggle. You da goat boy !!
One of the greats chris...one of the greats
Man you kill these cute every single time i watch your videos!! Love from a barber in England 👊💈❤️
Excellent execution, Bossio. That reminds me alot of my son's hair density variations, but thankfully I can take as much time as I need to get it right!
He iced the shit out this cut 🔥
Whenever I come to Florida I’m definitely booking a RUclips appointment!!
Respect with your reason for your haircut price. I value the education you give here on RUclips so much!
I can relate to the part you said where you cut someone's hair and kill it the first time then the next time you're like "what the hell" lol 🔥 cut by the way bro.. Bossio the man! South Auckland NewZealand here 👊🏾
The struggle is too real i skipped to the end to see how it came out then came back to see how you did it😅
Always dope to watch a great barber work out problems and explain what he’s struggling with on the haircut helps me remember to stick with the system and trust my eyes fasho you always post educational content 🙌🏼
You may not have the same number of subscribers as some of the other popular RUclips barbers.. but I have to admit, you are the best and most consistent SKILL wise on RUclips. Keep grinding sir.
You know i love you right chris? You the best barber i swear. But bro i have a question what is it exactly that you want us to do if we see inconsistency in a hair? If its less dense in some places than others?
Use the corners of your clipper with a lower guard length of where you are cutting.. you’re just trying to lighten dark spots
Chris Bossio thanks this is exactly the reason why i resepect you as a barber bro.
Yo bossio I definitely agree with you on debulking with the detachable blades, I think that would of been money.. Cut is fire as always!! 🔥🔥🔥
Man your the real deal need more guys like you around
You the man Kidd, too nice 👍
Fr fr 🔥 honestly you made it look easy but for an amateur, these are things you run into and you gotta improvise and be patient and trust that it will come out good. People tend to get impatient and try to rush the cut n make your client possibly never come back to you.
Damn Chris❤️That’s Fire!! Very clean lines.
I need you to be my barber frfr lol work is always on POINT
The advice you gave about consistency and theres always bad days but to trust the process was 🔥! I sometimes feel like man my fades are trash but other days my fades be blurry lol glad it ain’t just me!
Yap I like it when u struggle with a haircut..
Shows me how serious u are & the quality u give to me as a barber u paving way 4 MI dude
Boy made you work! My guy Mario hair is like this🥺😂
Chris bossio not only dropping haircut tutorials but wisdom too 💯
the art is in the detail work
Love the feedback & explanations bro! Helps a lot especially when you was saying how cats beat themselves up about their work along with the high levels of determination and patience required to cut hair. Dropping facts and clean ass cuts 💯
You inspire me man💯
At 7:50 you start speaking facts happened to me all the time 🤣🤣
Chris you are a very talented barber always great to see you cutting hair and your step by step talk through are amazing hat's off to you always watching great as always
Can always use texterizing shears to help the blend as well. I deal with a lot of men who hair is then on the sides like that. My business is hair restoration and I looooove when I am done you will never know guy or women have no hair on top.
Love how you always challenge yourself with these hard cuts bossio! ✊🏼🤘🏼
respect bro that's patience and skill
I was with you on that being a hard cut Boss but if its done right you make it look easy and you did make this look easy, genius at work... the fade is about patience, keep working it and you will know when its done but keep working this system, best system on Facebook even when I see Chris starting to move on with experience.
Bro such a fire fade🔥, good execution and determination.
Hi, I just wanted to tell your work is great, but couple things I've noticed is you stick to the "rules" a little too much and most of your fades have a high arch on the sides. Some of the people I've helped out I showed them if you keep your shaded areas symmetrical beginning from the temple (c cup lol) and back up off the head, you can still drop your fade on the occipital while keeping your "mid" fade. Your clients ask for a mid fade and you are consistent on high fading the sides. I hope you're not offended, I'm just pointing out couple things I think can help. Most of the time, if we back up and get a overall view it can help a lot. I am on my 21st year in this business and I still have to remind myself. Lol I don't do videos though but those of yall doing that I like watching it 😁
Chris are you booked daily or at least on the weekend at $100 per cut? And do you still have weekly clients? Just wanted some insight I’m thinking about doing the same
i’m pretty sure he is more busy running errands tha. cutting. maybe 2-3 days of cutting hair
Always bringing the heat Bossio thank you for the videos man we all appreciate it dude 👍🏼
Good job bro, I’ve never seen hair like that before where it’s thin in so many different places, but you did that bro!!!!!
Chris, This is cold man, I am currently learning this craft and Your a Big Inspiration, Keep up the great work! 🙏🏾
Yes is true when the OCD kicks thats where u r in between doub and perfection and u might have to look at the haircut for like 3 to 4 times to make sure is good
I need to go to Tampa get a haircut from Chris Bossio then hit beach, on the bucket list now.
Same man
Dont hit the beach dude with covid going on
Oliver V i meant in the future man I’m only 19 😂
Cut came out fresh af!💯
Cant wait to reach that level. Good lookin on the content Bossio really helps
Damn chris that looked difficult af....awesome cut as usual 🤘🤘
My respect the best most humble barber ... watching you from mexico!!!
Notification shquaaaaad. Man, I feel like my future clientele will consist of this hair texture based off the demographic of my area. Looking to put some extra study time into cuts similar to this! Thank you for the video 💯
already know it’s fire 🔥
Thank you Chris. You talk about real life 💯
Ty for all u teach us bossio. U a big inspiration
Would you tell a client that their hair is hard to cut ? And I’m 5 years into cutting hair and I learned from bossios early videos. TRUST THE PROCESS. I’m so much better now it’s crazy 🙏🏽
Yup i have and when you finish and its a good cut they love that honesty. Some find it interesting and ask questions as to how and what makes it difficult. I use this as a tactic to engage a convo works well.
@@kyleallen1309 word same. Alot of the times they know and warn you lol
Chris still killed this
Coldest barber on YT bro! love your grind✊💯
You become in my eyes"one of the greatest" with that statement: "we're humans!"👏 Because I'm an amator barber i always wonder if only me i had bad days or not so great haircuts 🤔 that's because i work something else but i do haircuts occasionally👍keep up with good work 🍻
Bossio the best in the game👌🏽shoutout bro from England!
💪🏽🙏🏽
🙌 The intro is back 🙌 THEE intro 🔥
To be honest, I don’t think you struggled with this haircut because lack of skill or know how. It was simply the guards. This wahl guards are difficult to fade with in this texture of hair because of the spacing in the guard design. I’d suggest you start using the red speedo guards from the number 4 through 2,when it comes to different hair textures, I’m SURE you will see a big difference. Learning which guards blend into which was a HUGE thing that helped me out in my 11 years of cutting. Barber love, you are great, I LOVE WHAT YOU ARE DOING, keep it up brodie ✊🏿🤟🏿🖤
Still came out blurred you iced it brother very sharp
Great haircut!! Much respect to you bro 👍
Awesome fade!!! 🔥🔥🔥 stay safe during this pandemic!!!
You look like a Cali boy bossio 🤣I hope you and your fam doing good and that Gods love multiply in y'alls life 🙏
One is my favorite RUclips barbers u keep it real 8:08 we’re human we make mistakes we try are best not to but shit happens
always 🔥 never disappoints
there are times when i’ll give a specific client a clean blurry fade easily but when he comes back 2 weeks later i’ll struggle and think to myself “how the hell did i get it so good that easily last time”
Came out great 🔥
BOSSIIIOOO! most dudes in Vegas got hair texture like This,.. I was dying low key watching this rn 😂😂 you a legend though in my book hands down the glizzy guzzler of the barber industry
I wish you was my barber for real!
I'm telling your barber 😜
Scott Jackson 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I'm a 3rd Generation Barber I had hand-me-down Clippers I work 20 years in Houston I used to make $400 on a Saturday $200 on a Monday and if I took 30 minutes to an hour on the haircut my dad would have killed me I had to cut from 5 to 10 minutes the most you going to sit in my chair is 20 minutes and I don't make lines i stop that s*** in when I was a teenager
You made this cut look soooo easy!!
Extra fresh as always.
I really liked this cut and it came out so good big fan from the UK
do you still talk to the client during these kinds of cuts? i stop talking when im doing a tough one
The System Works !! 💈
