How to Plant Camellia in Pots

The long wait is over. In this video, I will share with you how I plant my camellia in container/pot. When I plant camellia, I do trial and error in regards to amendments, fertilizer, soil, and placement of pots in the garden. Just a disclaimer, I’m not a plant expert. Did you add anything like crocks or rocks at the bottom, or is it OK to add compost straightaway?

I didn’t add rocks in the bottom of the container.

The soil is not acidic then the compost is not acidic either.

I routinely add soil acidifier in all my camellias. Prior to making this video, I already added soil acidifier to the soil in it's original pot. So no need to add more soil acidifier.
