Part over Whole Percentage Problems

Use part over whole in order to solve example problems as follows.
What percent is 9 out of 18
If you have 5 red marbles out of 50 marbles what percent are red marbles.
7 out of 30 as a percent
8 out of 30 as a percent
This percentage formula is easy to use and eliminates using a decimal
Percentage formula
Part/Whole = %/100
