if its after you activate the jailbreak, then it's just a kernel panic taking effect. it's normal to jailbroken ps4, it's just most common on the pppwn xploit

After inserting the USB flash, the “USB is not supported” pop up doesn't come up again
try a different usb port. If you are sure use ports are working fine, then use a different usb.
