Just wanted to say thanks to both of you, watching and listening to your videos I went from 30% to 100% P&T! It took a 18 months and two HLR's but it's finally over! Wanted to send out a heartfelt thank you to the both of you for what you do for the entire veteran community!!
I retired after more than 20yrs on 1 Apr, filled my BDD in Jan of this year. This week I was scheduled for more DBQ exam’s for next month. This is getting old fast! Thank you for all you do tho help the veteran community!!! Another great video with good information for all. Keep it up!
Great Video its a crap finding good help.I agree you have to be proactive,With most attorneys an claim consultants its about the money.Theres a few who really care about you personally
Just got my backpay fixed. My vso got upset when i told her the plan for the next phase. Working towards the 100% club.. and olny becaise i can nolonger work.
The problem is no one talks about BDD or the VA or anything about claims when you're out processing from the Air Force. I always find out everything the hard way. We were threatened with extra duty if we went to sick call. Im now really struggling with the VA.
I went with trajector and got 0% for headaches as a secondary and the supplement for ED for $650 They didn’t do appeals so now I’m with Veteran Adivser to get the headaches from 0% to 50 Anyone who I ever talked with from the VA (VSO’s) talked a good game but never got back with me or didn’t show up to our scheduled meeting. I guess you get what you pay for.
I'm not even done watching the entire video .And I can say this honestly it sounds like you guys are talking about the same thing I went through obviously when I was going through my med board at Fort Riley . I was given a sleep apnea machine during my process out on a medical chapter . And the I'm remembering now more information that the technician that was monitoring me while I was sleeping with bunch wires with suction pieces attached to me and he saying that I stop breathing a few times while I was asleep with there high tech machine that I was attached to .
I was complaining about my knees and back during my days in the Army but I just ignored it and one day I decided to go to sick call . I had enough of the pain . There where guys in my unit that twist there ankles walking on on even roads in Iraq and going to sick call that same day . Couldn't even show up to work due to the pain. We being short staff of man power die to so many soldiers twisting there ankles on these on even roads it was crazy.
Clay. This is off topic but I too am a Nats fan. Also from Northern VA. A little bit older tho. My first baseball game was a Senators game back in 70 or 71 when I was a kid. I don’t remember too much about the game except how big RFK seemed to be. I think the Senators won 3-2 that night. Back on topic…been doing my claims all myself (had AL and read a ton of literature on the claims process) but now set up with VDVS. I’ll see how that goes. Almost done.
Guys, explain this to me. Please!!! M21-1 VIII.iii.9.B.2.b. Reviewing Evidence to Establish Exposure to Environmental or Military Occupational Hazards Important: Concede exposure to the claimed environmental or military occupational hazard if the statements provided by the Veteran and/or others are consistent with the facts, places, and circumstances of the Veteran’s service. Example: A Veteran claims SC for a disability due to military occupational exposure to fuels. The Veteran’s personnel records confirm he performed fuel systems maintenance duties. Exposure to fuel can be conceded as it is consistent with the circumstances of the Veteran’s military occupation.
I have a fellow veteran friend that contacted him by phone and promised him 20 mil for the pact, Agent Orange. He thought he was legit because they are a well known firm. Do you think there is a way out for him to get away. Ihe Vietnam Veteran. I have been helping him for VA through the VA system since then, but I don't know who he goes to help in this. I have turned him on your videos.
Let's be honest guys there isn't a darn thing wrong with either of you two and you both bash your competition bc you are making money off RUclips. STOP slamming consulting companies and just put out your content and STFU otherwise about Consulting companies that actually get results vs trash VSO's!

If VSOs were any good, those consulting companies wouldn't be viable.
Semper Fi

Its a crap shoot finding good help with your claim.VA will not help you win your claim until you get help yourself,
