  • Use this exercise to develop explosive hip extension for sprinting and jumping.
    Start with a two footed broad jump, then land on one foot and perform a single leg broad jump, then do the same on the opposite leg. Focus on leaping forward as far as possible with each jump.
    Do 3 to 5 sets, with plenty of rest in between sets.
