    I've been doing these 4 simple triple jump bounding drills so that I can jump further when I'm back at full capacity. And the crazy thing is, I feel like I'm already making more gains now from doing the little things right. Give these a try at your next jump session, and as part of your triple jump warm up.     I really like how you emphasize techniques. Recently, I've just trying to jump as high and as far as I can. I ended up injuring myself because as I jumped farther and higher, I forgo the basics and ended up with horrible techniques.

    How frequently do you perform these drills within a training week?

      Personally 2-3. But that depends on how often you jump in a week. 2 is a good start for most.
