I really like how you emphasize techniques. Recently, I've just trying to jump as high and as far as I can. I ended up injuring myself because as I jumped farther and higher, I forgo the basics and ended up with horrible techniques.
This right here is why I'm a firm believer in mastering the basics.

How frequently do you perform these drills within a training week?
Personally 2-3. But that depends on how often you jump in a week. 2 is a good start for most.
