Excellent menu and presentation. Some places, and I include chain restaurants and sandwich shops, don't realize the importance of keeping the steam table/prep/serving station wiped down. And when they are wiping down, they wipe right into the serving pans, Yuk! Yours is sterling clean and the food looks incredible.
