    The problem says the SELLING prices are 15 and 25, not the profit!
    If z = x1(15)+x2(25), maximizing z maximizes the revenue and not the profit.

      Here in this question, selling price is proportional to profit.

      @@MathPod proportional means? Profit= constant times SP? Or can be proportional to any power of SP?

      @@keshavchaturvedi4015 Well, here the problem doesn't specify. But since its a LPP so we consider, it as k(constant)-times and not in powers.
