I got my first 99 with a mosaic sin in SP, it was comically easy. Proceeded to grind hammerdin, nova sorc, javazon, and ww barb also to 99. Poison necro and fire druid are my last ones before taking a break for other games. Metalgrid and tyreals still remain on my grail. Gg Phil!

How did you find nova for bosses? I recall trying it a while ago, but found diablo so slow to kill even with static. Lightning just felt more versatile to me :)

GZ! that was suprisingly fast. d2rs TZ gives stong xp. What is it compared to lod maybe ten times the XP?
Uummm leveling is the same up until like 95. Then i know its much easier now, but i never did the old 99 way of spamming Diablo so i can't really say exactly.
@@SweetPhil Yes the xp penalties and xp needed are the same. but with d2r terror zone the mobs are the same level so less penalty is applied. Had to look it up a bit.
In good old lod 98 to 99 are roughly 3500 baal runs and from 90 to 99 roughly overall 5500. 98-99 is roughly a million xp/h with a 2m45s per baal run. Compared to the 36 terror zones where top end xp from the worst TZ (Burial Grounds, The Crypt, and The Mousoleum) seems to have 15m xp/h and the top end of the best TZ (Tal Rasha's Tombs and Tal Rasha's Chamber) seems to have 50m xp/h at level 98.
So even the worst TZ is roughly 15x better than good old baal runs.

98 to 99 in 28 hours is really not bad at all, it took me around 40 hours online
I’ve been playing, since Diablo was it, you needed a disc to play. There was no d2, let alone the expansion. And I have never hit 99. That’s ok, I think I’m the oldest little ole lady playing the game :). Congrats!

In case you don't get the new content you're looking for, I suggest picking the character you want to play, decide on the skill you like the look of, and look up some build guides. Also look for videos about the new patches, particularly 2.4 which had all the big changes. You'll soon get the hang of it. Good luck, and have fun!

How have you found that many Sur runes? I've played most ladders in d2r resurrected and haven't found one. I've never seen a Jah/Ber either. I HAVE found 7 cham runes and 4 zod runes...
New challenge should be a naked character to 99.

Its a shame you have people cheating ladder to 99, seen personally people using map hack to to to throne of ball in pub games! literary few seconds to get to the throne each game! I reported them to blizzard and no response.

I enjoy your content, but watching so many d2r youtubers run offline in players 7 is misleading and feels cheap. Its not just you, and no offense to you; I have just been noticing and felt I should bring it up.
In hundreds of runs online, playing mostly solo, I got a single Ohm rune and a 29 Maras. Almost nothing else worth noting.
congrats.. but this build is really weak i would prefer having 120 fcr with grif,coh,mara,frostburn,hoto,spirit,2xsoj,sp web,sandstorm and the merc carrying the infinity ...its way better than having the merc with cure and insight...

I'm unsubscribing to this channel. He seemed nice and genuine at the beginning, but the power went to his head. He started scamming us by showing videos exactly like this. I did the same runs with the same gear and was only getting Tal Rune, Ith Rune, and etc.

Bro that’s just crap RNG. I’ve done countless hell runs with 300+ magic find. Never found any ubers or high runes. Do I still get decent drops? Yes, but nowhere near his luck. He’s giving the right advice, you just have bad luck
